Positions may be available in the areas of developing fast mid-infrared imaging for cancer detection and grading, in fabricating specific molecular probes for early cancer detection and in building novel bio-polymer composites. Interested candidates with a strong background in any of the following fields are encouraged to apply: spectroscopy, pathology, biological probe synthesis, microscopy or numerical computation. Extensive potential for collaborative research exists within the university and off-site locations. Candidates must complete studies towards a PhD and/or MD prior to their start date.
